Throughout my career, when I shared my challenges with others and they shared their stories, I discovered that many women had the same workplace issues and questions.  That is why I launched HerWorkWorld.com. 

My goal is to help women to:

• Be inspired to always do better and stand out

• Expand their career knowledge

• Embrace and successfully navigate career changes

• Become better leaders

• Be confident and equipped for the many challenges in the work world.

I took my past pains, keen observations and experiences and put them in writing so that you can better navigate all the painful and not-so-painful aspects of your work world.  I also include advice and videos from other experts, useful website listings, and book recommendations, all in one place.  I continually offer new resources that are creative, unique, and effective in the workplace, allowing you to be ahead of tomorrow’s trends.
